The ATO treats the property as a hobby farm. The property has been described by the client as their principal place of residence with paddocks agisted for horses. Home on one lot and hobby farm on the other however the property is known as one address and being sold as one under one COS. My clients are selling their hobby farm which is made up of two lots.
